What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)?

RTT is a hybrid therapy method developed by Marisa Peer that combines hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, psychotherapy, and neuro-linguistic programming. It accesses the subconscious mind to identify the root cause of a behavioural or emotional pattern, interrupt it, and install new, supportive beliefs — usually in 1 to 3 sessions.

How is RTT different from traditional therapy or coaching?

Traditional therapy often works at the conscious level — talking through problems, building strategies, managing symptoms. RTT goes directly to where the pattern was created, in the subconscious. We don't manage the problem; we remove it at the root. That's why results feel fast and lasting, rather than incremental.

How many sessions do I need?

Most clients experience a significant shift in 1 to 3 sessions. The exact number depends on the complexity of the pattern. Each session includes a personalized 21-day audio recording to reinforce the new belief and lock in the change.

Are sessions available in Dutch and English?

Yes. Isabelle works with clients in both Dutch and English. All sessions are available online, so you can work with her from anywhere in Belgium, the Netherlands, or internationally.

What does the free scan involve?

The free Inner Freedom & Success Scan is a 5-minute assessment that helps identify the exact subconscious pattern holding you back. It's available in Dutch. There's no commitment — it's simply a starting point to understand what's running underneath.

Is RTT effective for anxiety, overthinking, and self-doubt?

These are among the most common patterns Isabelle works with, and among the most responsive to RTT. Anxiety, overthinking, and self-doubt are subconscious loops — once the root is accessed and the belief is rewired, the loop stops. Most clients report a noticeable shift after their first session.

Is Isabelle Roegiers based in Belgium?

Yes. Isabelle is a certified RTT therapist based in Belgium. She works entirely online, making her accessible to clients across Belgium, the Netherlands, and worldwide.

What happens after the session?

After each session you receive a personalized 21-day audio recording created specifically for you. Listening to it daily reinforces the subconscious rewiring and helps the new pattern become your default way of thinking and feeling.
